Italian Deli-Style Pinwheels


ITALIAN DELI-STYLE PINWHEELS
CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C shredded six-cheese Italian blend
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 T flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1 T fresh basil, chopped
1 T sliced pepperoncini peppers
1 T red onion, chopped
2 T mayonnaise

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
4-6 ounces of various salamis, such as Genoa, Calabrese, Capicola
Sliced pepperoni
6-8 flour tortillas

Blend the cream cheese mixture in a food processor.  Spread the mixture on the tortillas, spreading all the way to the end.  Lay several slices of the various salamis and pepperoni over the cream cheese mixture, about 5 slices of salami (if they are larger slices) and about 6 slices of pepperoni.  Roll them up tightly.  Using a bread knife, slice them about 1/2 inch thick.  Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to set them up.
