Loaded Potato Salad

6 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C sour cream
1 C mayonnaise
3 green onions, chopped
1 packet Ranch dip mix
6 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

Cover the potatoes with water and boil until they are tender. Drain.

Whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Ranch dip mix.  Stir the sauce, potatoes, cheese, green onions, eggs, and bacon together to coat.  Chill well.
